1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shifty UAE's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Shifty UAE provides professional moving and relocation services across Dubai and the UAE, including:

  • Residential moving (apartments, villas, homes)
  • Commercial and office relocations
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Furniture assembly and disassembly
  • Storage solutions
  • Specialized item moving

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual items, distance, and additional services required.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

3.3 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Late cancellations may incur fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about items to be moved
  • Ensuring access to both pickup and delivery locations
  • Securing necessary permissions from building management
  • Declaring valuable or fragile items in advance
  • Ensuring pets and children are kept safe during the move

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Basic Coverage: Our standard service includes basic liability coverage for damages caused by our negligence during the moving process.

5.2 Additional Insurance: We recommend additional insurance for high-value items. Please inquire about our comprehensive insurance options.

5.3 Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence is required.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials and flammable substances
  • Illegal items or contraband
  • Live plants (unless specially arranged)
  • Perishable food items
  • Cash, jewelry, or important documents (customers should transport these personally)

7. Force Majeure

Shifty UAE shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

Shifty UAE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
